All courses, workshops and daily retreats are embedded in evidence based knowledge of mindfulness, positive psychology and social work. The experiential nature of group work affords you the time to explore and discuss practices and meditations.
Supplementary material and MP3 recordings of meditations experienced are shared in the spirit of participants being empowered to broaden and build on their self-care habits into the future.
